The Elora Fergus Ringette Association Board of Directors is empowered to make policies and procedures, or adopt those authorized by Ringette Canada (RC), Ringette Ontario (RO), Great Lakes Ringette League (GLRL), and Lower Ontario Ringette League (LORL), or manage the affairs of the Corporation in accordance with the Act and these By-laws.
